This week it is a follow along video with some stretches and exercises for feet, calves, legs and back, aimed at helping with high heel induced pains and problems. The video is 7min long so it does not cover every possible exercise for undoing a ‘heel wearing sess’.
We know heels are bad for our feet and bio mechanics, but it is OK to wear them now and again if your feet are mobile and strong. If you wear them more often it is important to follow a foot / back care regime to try and avoid joint problems. The video is also useful for cyclist and runners who get tight calves, legs and backs.
